Multifak® EP greases offer good mechanical stability and load-bearing capacity with good anti-corrosion protection. They are suitable for use in loaded bearings in a variety of wet and dry industrial, commercial and marine applications.
Multifak EP greases are universal extreme pressure greases containing deeply refined mineral base oils, lithium thickener, EP additives and rust and oxidation inhibitors.

Applications:
Multifak EP greases have a high load capacity and therefore provide good protection against wear of the parts they lubricate. They provide good lubrication in the presence of water, protect the bearing surfaces against corrosion and have excellent oxidation resistance, which contributes to their long storage and service life.
Multifak EP greases are stable in operation. They resist separation and ejection from antifriction bearings. They have a low tendency to leak under pressure and can be pumped at low temperatures.
Multifak EP greases are suitable for use in standard centralized lubrication systems. They can satisfy a wide range of industrial and marine applications.
Typical applications include:
• General machinery – plain, anti-friction, roller and needle bearings
• Construction equipment
• Conveyors and open rollers
• Crushers, vibrating screens or bearings for vibrating machines

Multifak EP greases are recommended for both plain and anti-friction bearings and more specifically for bearings that are subjected to shock loads.
Multifak EP 2 is also designed for use in universal automotive applications in commercial vehicles and passenger cars where automotive OEM approvals are required.
