Havoline ATF Universal Full Synthetic Fluid is a premium quality synthetic universal automatic transmission fluid recommended for passenger car automatic transmission systems with six or more gears. Havoline ATF Universal Full Synthetic Fluid is designed for use in a wide range of vehicles manufactured by European, Japanese and North American manufacturers and approved by General Motors for automatic transmissions and monoblock transmissions where DEXRON®-VI fluid is specified. This latest generation technology demonstrates more than twice the durability and stability in friction tests compared to standard DEXRON-III fluids, helping to ensure consistent and smooth shifting, even in extreme driving conditions. Havoline ATF Universal Full Synthetic Fluid is formulated for high purity synthetic base oils. It is designed to maintain their viscosity through intense oxidation stability and the use of long-lasting viscosity modifiers. Havoline ATF Universal Full Synthetic Fluid is formulated for and tested in a wide range of automatic transmissions, in
applications involving both high and low viscosity specifications. It is approved by General Motors for automatic transmissions and automatic monoblock transmissions that specify DEXRON®-VI fluid (2006 and later models) and is compatible with transmissions that require DEXRON-II or DEXRON-III fluids
• Havoline ATF universal fluid for full synthetics meets the requirements of the JASO 1A-LV13 (M315) efficiency standard; the product will provide the shift quality, cutting stability and anti-vibration durability sought by Japanese and Korean car manufacturers
• Havoline ATF Universal Full Synthetic Fluid is suitable for use in hybrid vehicles with Electronic Continuously Variable Transmissions (eCVTs) where OEMs specify MERCON LV or Toyota Type WS fluid.
• In addition to the performance standards listed in this PDS, Havoline ATF Universal Full Synthetic Fluid can be used as a replacement for the following fluids:
Esso LT 71141, Shell ATF 3403 M 115, Mopar Part #05189966AA, VW Part #G 052 025 A2.
Not recommended for applications on continuously variable belt or chain driven transmissions (CVTs) or dual clutch transmissions (DCTs) unless specified in the table below. Not recommended for Ford transmissions that require Ford Type F/G fluid.
