PRISTA® Antifreeze Long Life is an antifreeze concentrate based on ethylene glycol and additives based on organic (mono and di-carboxylic) acids, not containing silicates. It does not contain potentially dangerous additives such as nitrites, amines and phosphates and this makes it less dangerous for the environment.
PRISTA® Antifreeze Long Life is used year-round to protect against freezing, overheating and corrosion of engines of cars, trucks, buses, off-road vehicles, stationary and marine engines, etc. Use only after dilution with distilled or softened water. In addition to traditional engines, it is particularly suitable for high-tech engines, for which the protection of aluminum parts from high-temperature corrosion is of great importance.
To ensure good and long-lasting corrosion protection, it is recommended to use at least 33% (vol.) of PRISTA®Antifreeze Long Life in distilled water. A typical mixing concentration is 1:1, which provides frost protection* at ambient temperatures down to minus 40°C and optimal cooling. Mixtures with a concentration of PRISTA® Antifreeze Long Life higher than 70% (vol) are not recommended.
The maximum protection against freezing is up to about -69°C, which is obtained by mixing 68% (vol.) PRISTA® Antifreeze Long Life with water.
Thanks to the organic additives used and their minimal depletion during operation, an extended product replacement period is ensured. Recommended replacement intervals are as follows: 

– passenger cars 250,000 km or 2,000 h.

– trucks 650,000 km or 8,000 h.

– stationary engines 32,000 r. h. or 6 years.
