Rando HD are high quality zinc based hydraulic fluids for use in industrial and mobile equipment. Rando HD are formulated with Group II base oils in combination with oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, antifoam and highly stable antiwear additives designed to provide good pump and piston protection.
• Helps to optimize wear protection and service life
• Formulated to provide resistance against rust, varnish and other deposits, sludge
• Contributes to good filterability and anti-foam properties
Rando HD is recommended for use in a range of high-powered industrial and mobile hydraulic system applications with moderate ambient temperatures, including vane and gear pumps, and axial piston pumps
• This fluid is compatible with bronze and steel components and many types of servo valves
• Rando HD is also recommended for the lubrication of machine parts where the use of a product with anti-wear properties is required (hydraulic presses, thermal blast machines, sets of gears, bearings)
• Rando HD 10 and 22 can be used as spindle oils where zinc-free oils are not required. Rando HD 32, 46 and 68 are recommended for typical hydraulic fluid applications and for use in lightly loaded reciprocating compressors
• Rando HD 100 and 150 are recommended for applications requiring oils with rust and corrosion inhibitors meeting AGMA specifications
