Gear Oil GL-4 are proven automotive gear oils suitable for API GL4 applications.
Formulated with mineral base oils in combination with a mix of selected additives, Gear Oil GL-4 is available in SAE 80W and SAE 80W 90 viscosity grades.

Applications:
Gear Oil GL-4 products are intended for use in automotive transmissions, transmission blocks, axle and differential, steering systems and hypoid drive axles that require a fluid with API GL-4 specifications (equivalent to US Military MIL-L-2105 specifications) . The friction characteristics of the Gear Oil GL-4 range of products make them suitable for use in many synchronized mechanical transmissions. Some modern transmissions may require a specific type of fluid - see the manufacturer's documentation for additional information.
