Havoline® Extra 10W-40 oil is of high quality
semi-synthetic motor oil for passenger cars with
high ash content and high TBN (total
alkaline number) designed to meet the latest ACEA A3/B4 specifications and a wide range
critical requirements of
the engine manufacturers (OEMs).
Havoline Extra 10W-40 oil is formulated with
premium quality base components in combination with
highly efficient and of the latest generation
viscosity index improvers.
Applications
• Suitable for diesel and gasoline engines of
passenger cars for which oils are prescribed,
meeting the requirements of the latest
ASEA A3/B4 and A3/B3 specifications or API SN.
It can also be used where recommended
oils satisfying the preceding
API SM/SL/SJ/SH/SG specifications.
• Offers year-round protection in powerful gasoline
engines and light and light duty diesels
engines. Suitable for use with
extremely harsh working conditions for which
manufacturers prescribe an extension of
mileage for replacement.
• Recommended for gasoline engines running
under extremely difficult conditions, including those who
involving the use of leaner fuel
mixture.
• Recommended for diesel engines, including those with
direct fuel injection with or without
turbochargers. Not recommended for mild
cars with diesel particulate filters (DPF).
• Recommended for light VW petrol cars,
operating in extremely heavy modes and light
diesel VW cars without pump-nozzles and without
DPF.
