Description and Application
Prista® Lithium EP 00 is a universal semi-liquid antifriction lubricant that
obtained by thickening a suitable mineral base oil with lithium soap at 12-
hydroxystearic acid by additionally alloying with a package of additives.
This grease is suitable for use in installations with centralized lubrication, in auxiliary
vehicles and also for outdoor equipment with long pipelines. Due to the fact that it is
semi-liquid, it can also be used in all types of gears for which lubrication with
grease.
Characteristic typical applications are: lubrication of the wheels of rail vehicles; wheeled
truck bearings; rolling (roller) bearings in crushers, mills and mixers (agitators); for general
lubrication in steel mills, especially in cold and hot rolling mills; systems for centralized
lubrication in which grease is supplied to highly loaded lubrication points, etc.
The temperature range of application is from -30°C to +120°C.
